Hi, I’m Madison! I’m a 27 year old student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a passion for growth, advocacy, and living authentically.
As a social work major, I value deep thought, helping others, and making a positive impact. I tend to process my thoughts and feelings through writing, journaling, and talking with others. I want my blog to reflect those same values, functioning as a reliable space for providing new perspectives and sparking meaningful conversation. Whether you’ve hung your coat up and are joining me today at the end of a long Wednesday, or you just poured your first cup of coffee and are joining me from your couch on a Saturday morning, I want this to be a safe space for relatable stories, candid accountability, and meaningful connection.
I like to think of my readers as friends so anything I would share with a friend – exciting news, recent reflections and struggles, updates in my fitness journey – I’ll share here with you. Together we’ll tackle heavy conversations about grief and mental health, relationships and school, but we’ll also share light-hearted moments, celebrating all the little nuances in life. This site will also house all my photography, poetry and other art. In a society plagued with comparison and pressure, I want my blog to be that slice of transparency so many of us crave. I hope it’s here you find yourself feeling less alone and a little more understood. At the end of the day, I hope my blog can inspire you to be the best, truest version of yourself, whatever that may be.
